The gingerbread is a cake made of honey and flavoured with diverse spices. The one that we propose to you is made from wheaten flour, from honey produced by the beekeeper of our village and spices. The necessary rest of one month following upon the kneading of the flour with the honey gives to this cake (old of more than 10 centuries) its noble character. This sweet and soft gingerbread can be eaten with a warm drink or with an ice-cold dessert.
