The Farm Turkeys of Tournebeouf are raised outside during several months. Fed for the greater part by cereal (wheat and corn) and by herb, they benefit from a slow growth guaranteeing the high quality of their juicy flesh. The wide spaces of greenery which we grant them assure them a peaceful growth. It will be noticeable once in your plate. The turkey has few fat, few calorie and very few cholesterol but has a rich content in proteins, in vitamins and in minerals (28 % of protein, 10 % of fat, 0,08 % of cholesterol). Our turkeys are hand-prepared. The liver and the gizzard which we supply systematically will allow you to prepare the traditional Christmas forcemeat. Don't be frightened by the weight of our farm Turkeys. Even if you are not many during Christmas or New Year eve, you can eat the cold rest later: it is excellent! Our Turkeys are sold ready to cook.
