From the well-known naked neck race, our chickens are grown in air runs. Fed with wheat and corn produced in our region and that we grind, and to which we add thirty percent complementary food (soybeans, vitamins and minerals). They have the taste of the old time chicken. Ready to cook, they weigh 1.5 to 2.8 kilograms and can exceed 3 kg. They are then fifteen weeks or more and can be ordered throughout the year.
