Honey of Sweet Chestnut Tree (500g)The Honey of Sweet Chestnut Tree distances itself from the other honeys by its flavour and its aroma which are slightly accentuated with certain sourness and a slightly bitter taste. Of a dark yellow ochre colour, it possesses a very smooth crystallization and is rich in minerals. One attributes therapeutic properties to it: anti-inanimate and remineralizing. It also facilitates the blood circulation. This honey underlines the flavour of the pastries when eaten with or is particularly advisable in marinade for salty-sweet dishes.
