Honey of Linden-Forest (500g)Resulting mainly from the mixture of the linden pollen and of various other pollens of trees and flowers which can be found in our forests, the Honey of Lime-Forest combines the qualities and the complexity of flavours from an environment populated with various vegetal species. Its savour and its odour remind the lime in flower (characteristic mentholated flavour) and the particular mixture associating flowers and essences of trees. Initially liquid, this honey crystallizes between 3 and 6 months after it was harvested. With its high content in potassium, calcium and manganese, it is recommended to nervous and insomniac people.
